DEC Ranks No.119 in “China’s 500 Most Valuable Brands” of 2014
World Brand Lab hosted the “World Brand Congress” on June 25 in Beijing and released the list of “The 11th China’s 500 Most Valuable Brands”. In this Chinese squad of brands based on financial analysis, consumer behavior analysis and brand strength analysis, Dongfang Electric Corporation ranks No.119 with a brand value of 17.254 billion RMByuan.
This year is the 11th year since World Brand Lab started its Chinese business, preparing the list of Chinese valuable brands. The selected threshold was only 500 million yuan in 2004. However, the data has been increased to 1.835 billion yuan 11 years later. Dongfang Electric Corporation ranked No.120 with a brand value of 11.925 billion yuan in 2012, while in 2013, the rank fell to No.122 but the brand value increased to 15.186 billion yuan.
